  • Payment is due according to the schedule outlined in your project agreement
  • Late payments may result in suspension of services
  • All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise specified in writing
  • We reserve the right to change our pricing at any time, but changes will not affect existing agreements

7. Project Scope and Changes

Project scope will be defined in a written agreement. Any changes to the scope may result in additional fees and timeline adjustments. We will communicate any scope changes and obtain your approval before proceeding with additional work.

8. Warranties and Disclaimers

THE MATERIALS ON OUR WEBSITE ARE PROVIDED ON AN 'AS IS' BASIS. MIDLAND WEB CRAFTERS LLC MAKES NO WARRANTIES, EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, AND HEREBY DISCLAIMS AND NEGATES ALL OTHER WARRANTIES INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, IMPLIED WARRANTIES OR CONDITIONS OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT OF INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY OR OTHER VIOLATION OF RIGHTS.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Michigan, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Midland County, Michigan.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.

14. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that these Terms shall otherwise remain in full force and effect and enforceable.

15. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with any project-specific agreements, constitute the entire agreement between you and Midland Web Crafters LLC regarding the use of our services and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
